Rental Vacancies Down

Good news for our real estate investors: Rental property is becoming more scarce.

Homebuyers have fled to long and short-term rentals as an alternative to buying in Boise's transitioning real estate market.

While we encourage our buyers to buy now, while interest rates are still at an all-time low, inventory is high and sellers are making generous concessions, we understand that the time isn't right for everyone. Unfortunately it looks like your rental choices are narrowing now, too.

Trader Joe Lovers Unite!

It is only a rumor. But it is such a delicious rumor!

Trader Joes looking for Boise location? There are no Trader Joe's stores anywhere in Idaho, but apparently the company is launching a Spokane store before they consider setting up shop in Boise.

(If they're polling public opinion, count mine as a hearty yes.)
