An article in IQ magazine about guided snowmobile tours caught our eye.

According to the article, "From the top of [Schweitzer Resort's] Great Escape chairlift at the summit of the hill, visitors are able to meet up with a snowmobile guide to take off on a tour of the backside of the ski hill."

We find a lot of joy in helping our investor clients build their portfolios. We have investors who "flip" property, investors who purchase property to convert to rentals or lease options and investors who buy HUD homes.

One of the ways we educate our investors is by offering investment seminars.Leigh Wilson and I are offering another Real Estate Investment Seminar this month. Last year's seminar was well-attended.

This year the focus is on new markets and adapting to the incredible changes that have taken place in the Boise Area in the past 12 months.
